Martin W. Cohen, CPA. Marty founded our firm in 1970 and serves as its President. Marty and his family have made Dallas their home for over 30 years. He has valuable experience in the financial services, real estate, manufacturing, distribution and personal services industries. He shares his experience with numerous clients and assists them in their decision making and in analyzing major transactions. Marty's extensive knowledge with respect to insurance company operations and regulatory compliance matters has been sought out by many of our clients. He enjoys most working with clients one on one to help achieve their business and personal goals. Marty graduated with a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin
Randall L. Riecke, CPA, J.D. Randy joined the firm in 1987. His previous experience included 5 years with an international accounting firm. Randy has overall responsibilities for our firm's tax section. He has a broad range of experience consulting on tax matters with clients in a variety of industries, structuring corporate acquisition and divestitures, reviewing federal and state returns, and providing tax planning for business and individuals. Randy received a BBA and J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. He and his wife Sue met while in law school and have called Dallas their home ever since. He stands ready to define your tax issues and assist you in their resolution.
Ronald M. Van Sickle, CPA Ron is the firm's managing partner. He has over 20 years experience working with many different financial accounting and reporting systems. He also has significant experience in corporate and individual tax matters and enjoys bringing practical solutions to address the special needs of our clients in the finance, accounting, and operations areas of their businesses. Ron has established a strong working relationship with clients utilizing one, some, or all of our services. He can help solve your business or personal needs in a practical, efficient manner. Ron received his BS from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a long time Garland resident, having raised his family there.
